We offer the design and analysis for custom motors and generators of various types, including PMSM, induction, synchronous reluctance, as well as axial flux machines.

We utilize finite element modeling and analysis to optimize the design of the electromagnetics for maximum power density, torque density, and minimum losses.

For the analysis and the design, we use Ansys MotorCad™ as well as MotorXP™. This allows us to try various electromagnetic designs and to select the optimal solution to present to the customer.
