Project

Electric Vehicle Client 1

Project Requirements:

The client needed help with the development and integration of a high-performance hybrid electric vehicle from the ground up from an existing vehicle platform. The vehicle systems needed to be integrated and validated for project performance. The vehicle is required to pass a series of dynamic and endurance drive tests at the client facility.

Project Outcomes:

Neuroglia Technologies successfully developed and integrated all of the electric hybrid vehicle subsystems to meet the client required performance. This includes integration of the electric powertrain, HV 800V battery system, thermal management system, vehicle embedded controllers, HV power distribution and LV power distribution systems. The project was completed and successfully passed all client drive test requirements at the client test drive track.

Project Capabilities:

Electrical Hardware Design and Development
Mechanical Packaging, Thermal and Stress Simulation
Embedded System Design and Firmware Development
System Integration, Test and Validation
System Engineering and Product Life Cycle Management
