Control Circuitry Design and PCB Layout

We offer design of analog and digital signal shaping, data acquisition, communication, and control circuitry. We utilize Altium™ for schematic entry as well as for PCB layout.

We design for maximum robustness in power electronics and motor drives applications and incorporate galvanic isolation in all of our input/output ports including isolated analog sampling, isolated digital communication, isolated gate drives, and redundant isolated power supplies. We also offer redundancy in control board design to comply with various safety standards. For critical fault detection and handling we always include a hardware-based approach.

With more than 50 years of combined PCB layout design experience, we offer reliability, signal integrity, and performance in our PCB designs. Our designs are highly immune to EMI, benefit from differential routing for both analog and digital signals, as well as proper grounding and shielding methods. We have extensive experience in utilizing multilayer, thick copper layers to achieve thermal performance. We also have extensive experience in providing galvanic isolation barriers in tightly spaced PCB designs.
